  2. Revitalizing CAKE: • We wish to revitalize CAKE in 2012. ”New” CAKE will consist of 4 sessions, 1 session for each quarter: C – CARE – Q1 A – AWARENESS – Q2 K – KNOWLEDGE – Q3 E – ENGAGEMENT – Q4 • Theme for each quarter will be linked up the main theme for 2012!

  3. The main theme for 2012 is Understanding of Personal Risk – and consequence. By this we understand: • Insight into the human, technological and organizational factors which may have significance to the risk within the systems we are a part of. • This is primarily about understanding of how humans affect and are affected in their interaction with technical and social systems. • Furthermore it is also about understanding of which consequences our behaviours and actiosn may have.

After you have seen the CAKE film we ask you to think through and discuss the questions below: • How do you secure your colleague in you everyday work? • Mention some examples where someone else has secured you and which consequences might have arised if your colleague didnt secure you? • What technical and physical barrirers do we have in our department? • How does the organization contribute to your safety?
