  1. We are currently seeking for the following position: REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT MALAYSIA-INDONESIA-SINGAPORE Job Specification: • Is responsible for the implementation of multi-brand RM methods in a dedicated country or region in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand’s marketing, country, area, hotel strategies and customer’s needs. He is in charge of the implementation of adapted human resources, processes, trainings, methods and tools in Revenue Management, Pricing, Reservation and Distribution. • Controls that all the revenue management processes are in place in his/her perimeter, and that the GM’s strategies are known, distributed and implemented in the hotels. • Have to increase the quality and quantity of the turnover of the hotels. • Ensures that all is done to be certain that Revenue is optimized in his/her perimeter. Job Profile: • Education / Professional experience • 5 years of experience in Revenue Management (or minimum 10 years in hotel operations, GM or department head in rooms division. • Degree in Hotel Management school, or general Business school • Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes • Recommended: 3 years after the A level up to master’s degree (5 years) • A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background; • Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes

Skills / Qualities • Strong business orientation in three aptitudes : - Diagnosis & analysis (Analytical mind, conceptual skills, good environment understanding); - Share his/her conviction (Driving force, relational skills, highly committed); - Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active). • Revenue Management : RM Pass Training courses (Dimension and Pro). • Analytical tools - Excel advanced user (most of the formulas; database knowledge, pivot tables); - Revenue Management System (Amadeus RMS or EZ RMS). • Technologies and distribution tools - PMS (Opera or FOLS, Fidelio V7, Hogatex Starlight, Hotix). - CRS (TARS data and resa main screens) and distribution channels. • Communication skills - Local language and a good level in English, French recommended; - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. • Languages : English and language of the country For Accor employees, if you are interested in the above position, please discuss first with your hotel General Manager and consult your Human Resources Department who will give you advice and process your request accordingly.
