PLA DE FORMACIÓ PER AL DISTRICTE DE SANT ANDREU Bloc 1.- ÉS EL MOMENT DE FER CANVIS Cada dia ens preguntem com podem canviar el nostre negoci, què podem fer per fer-lo més competitiu, quines coses podem afegir o podem treure per captar més clients, etc. Els hàbits de compra estan canviant, el client cada vegada és més exigent. Aquests cursos es faran: els dies 10 (1.1), 17 (1.2) i 24 d’abril (1.3) de 14 a 17 hores a la sala d’actes del Districte de Sant Andreu, pl. Orfila, 1. Bloc 2.- ETS UN RESTAURANT, UN COMERÇ? DONEM EINES PER VISIBILITZAR I PROMOCIONAR EL NOSTRE NEGOCI A LES XARXES SOCIALS Les càpsules 3A i 3B es faran el dia 2 de maig a la Biblioteca Ignasi Iglesias , Centre Cultural Can Fabra, carrer Segre 24-32 amb els següents horaris: 3A de 14 a 17 hores (comerç) 3B de 17 a 20 hores (bars i restaurants) Aquestes càpsules són obligatòries per poder accedir als següents cursos.

  3. SAPS COM FER PROMOCIONS A LES XARXES SOCIALS? HAS POSAT EL TEU NEGOCI A INTERNET? SAPS QUE AMB ELS CODIS QR POTS DONAR MOLTA INFORMACIÓ DEL TEU NEGOCI? Hem de donar la imatge d’un comerç modern, adaptat a les tecnologies, hem de ser competitius/es, arribar a un sector de la població que es passa el dia enganxat a les xarxes socials Previsió dels cursos: mes de maig 2013
