MY measurement project. Chase Sippola. Comparing balls and distance thrown. 10 units of measurement used. Yards- = 3 ft. Feet- = 12 in. Inches Cm.- = in. X 2.2 Skiter - (my dog) = 18 in. Chases foot- = 8 in. Tennis Ball- = 2 in. Football- = 11 in. Nerf ball- = 10 in.

  10. Comparing Data • Cameron threw all balls farther than Chase. • The tennis ball went farther than the football (28ft. farther when Chase threw it). • The football went farther that the nerf ball ( 8ft. farther when Chase threw it). • The smallest ball went the farthest.

  11. What I Learned • I learned that you can measure the same thing using many different units. • I learned to convert measurements using a calculator.
