The Importance of Career Development Throughout School • Awareness and Exploration are key for students to discover their interests and career path • Helps students understand the link between courses in school and usefulness in careers • Facilitates career and college readiness • Close the College Opportunity Gap • All students should have the opportunity & be prepared to pursue higher education How am I going to use algebra when I am going to be pilot someday?
