1 . What is your idea? Why should we fund you as a group?. To construct a cheaper solar cell with Dye sensitized Nan crystalline Titanium. We are student of Electrical Engineering , so being students we can’t afford expenses of solar panel that’s why we need some fund. .

  1. 1. What is your idea? Why should we fund you as a group? • To construct a cheaper solar cell with Dye sensitized Nan crystalline Titanium. • We are student of Electrical Engineering , so being students we can’t afford expenses of solar panel that’s why we need some fund.

What is the social impact of your project and how would it change Pakistan in the long run and your city and your social circle in the short run? • Pakistan is presently facing a serious energy crisis. Despite strong economic growth during the past decade and consequent rising demand for energy. With the power shortfall in Pakistan hovering b/w 2000 Megawatts to 4000 Megawatts depending on fuel which is imported. • No worthwhile steps have been taken to install new capacity for generation of the required energy resources instead of spending billions on energy sector.

  3. Our country Pakistan needs to make a clear and transparent policies on renewable. So the most plentiful power source we have in Pakistan in Solar. The sun is upon us almost 365 days a year and too with harsh intensity.

  4. 3. What are the first 10 things you will do to move your project forward if you get funded? • Photovoltaic cells , also called solar cells, are devices that create electricity from light. SO, for working on this project we need…. • Indium tin Oxide glass and carbon film. • Ethanol and Nacl. • Dye sensitized Nan crystalline and most important is Tio2. • Distal water. • Alligator clip leads.

  5. Sensitive Micro ammeter .An electric hot plate or stove related above 1000 watts, the kind that has a spiral resistance coil upon which can place the glass plates.Source of tap water and fine grit sand paper.Petri dish , raspberry and carbon.

What credible or related experiences do you or your team have that will help you in this project? • We are DAE Electronics and as I mention above that we are student of Electrical Engineering. So, know better and also have experience of this field. • Our project supervisor Dr. Shahid Khattak ( PhD, Germany ). Thanks.
