4. Broker Ordering Page – Place Order Click Place Order

5. Item Search A Business Line must be selected before items that are available to you are displayed. You can select Small Group or Individual Under 65.

6. Item Search Continued Once the business line is selected, you will then be able to search or choose from various categories within the dropdowns.

7. Item Search – Example Use Search Words Enter search words in the Search field and click the search button to search for an item or items based on item number or key search words

8. Item Search – Example Select Material Type Select a Material Type (with or without search words) and click the search button to filter items by material type

9. Item Search – Example Select Product Family Select a Product Family (with or without search words) and click the search button to filter items by product family

10. Item Search – Example Partial Word & Wild Card Enter a partial search word and the * wildcard in the Search field to return all items that meet this criteria

11. Item Search – Results The Preview Image, Item Number, Item Description and Additional Sales Notes (when available) will display for each item returned in the search results

12. Item Search – Enlarge Preview Image Mouse over the Preview Image to expand the image and click the expanded image to view a PDF of the whole document

17. Item Search – Add Item to Shopping Cart Enter Quantity and click the Add to Order button (or the Add All button to add more than one item at a time)

18. Item Search – Confirmation Messages Messages are displayed to reflect that you’ve successfully added the item to your order

19. Item Search – Review Cart/Check Out Click the Check Out tab or button to review your cart before you check out

20. Review Cart/Check Out Page The Order Contents are displayed The Shipping Address is displayed Other Shipping Details are displayed The Billing Information (which cannot be edited) is displayed

21. Review Cart/Check Out – Editable Sections Click Edit to edit the Order Contents Click Edit to edit the Shipping Address Click Edit to edit the Shipping Details

22. Review Cart/Check Out - Edit Shipping Address Edit the Shipping Address and click the Save Changes button Or select a previously used shipping address from the Address Book

23. Review Cart/Check Out – Edit Shipping Details Override Ship Method and/or edit E-mail Address and click the Save Changes button

27. Item Search – Kit Description (Link) For kits, click on Description for more details and to see kit components or to possibly customize a kit

28. Item Detail – Customize Kit Button Click the Customize Kit button if you want to start the kit customization process* *Not all kits can be customized. The Customize kit button will only appear for kits that can be customized.

29. Customize Kit – Required vs. Optional Components Checkboxes appear next to any item that is ‘optional’, meaning that it can be removed from the kit

30. Customize Kit – Removing Optional Items Clear the checkbox next to any optional item you would like to remove from the kit

31. Customize Kit – Add to Order Then enter the Kit Quantity and click Add to Order to add the custom kit to your order

32. Review Cart – View Components of Customized Kits The customized kit components will display in the cart. Items that are in the customized kit will be shaded and have a kit icon to the left to signify that they are a part of the customized kit (as compared to item 05-00230 in this example, which was added to the order outside of the customized kit). Special note: Only one kit can be customized per order, but additional non-customized kits or items may be added outside of the customized kit.

35. Favorites Once a Business Line is selected your Favorite Items are displayed as shortcut for ordering favorite items with no need to search
