Think Family Expansion Employment Advisers

  • To ensure that all TFX families who meet the criteria for worklessness are receiving support from the most appropriate ‘DWP’ provider

  • To ensure that all families who meet the criteria for worklessness are actively considered for Progress, and that partner agencies understand the criteria for referral to Progress

  • To develop the knowledge and confidence of all Think Family key workers (though mostly at the intermediate and neighbourhood levels) in the area of supporting families who are out of work through better understanding of those families, better understanding of how to talk about worklessness with those families and through better knowledge of the support available from employment services
