MIS (Reports) in Booking Portal for Agent : • Can View his deposit account summary. • Can view the details of the their staff and their booking reports • Sales Report • Product / Service Wise • Date Wise. • Country Wise • State Wise • City Wise • Offer / Deal / Package Wise

Misreports in Booking Portal for Administrator: • Can create the deposit accounts • Activate And De Active the deposit accounts • Close the deposit accounts • Sales Report • Product & Service Wise • Date Wise • Country Wise • State Wise & City Wise • Agent / Customer Wise • Offer / Deal / Package Wise • Service Tax Charges on each booking wise Report • Payment Gateway Charges deducted on each booking wise Report • GDS – Consolidator – Supplier Payment due Date Alert report Product wise

Minimum Features for Call Centre Module: View, search and alert the Next 3 to 5 days check in /out customer who made their booking before,for follow up purpose and accountant to close hotels invoice. Ability to send the booking details & invoice from the backend email including all the booking Details and history Making booking on behave of the customer using the customer existing profile Issue quotation and email to customer using agent email. Enterprise info details – contract (payment method, credit, invoice currency sections) Post new offers to the agents , Enterprise Credit Limit Reminder Option to show and hide commission and mark up to agents Can check the bookings which are on cancellation deadline Hot deals: add the deals and edit/update the deals API Management: enable or disable

Supplier Section • Supplier has the full right to change anything in the Hotel Packages • Provided By him Features which Supplier can handle:- • View all Hotels & packages in the listing Format related to his own ID • Add/Modify/Delete Inventory • Add/Modify/Delete Rates • Check bookings • Check cancellations • Generate the report for any packages. • Manage the Availability for the Inventory • Get the notification/feedback from Admin of the site and can revert him on his wall. ?

Change Password • User Role & Rights • Manage Mark-ups • Credit Limit Reminder • Check the booking status • Agent have his own Logo while generating the Voucher with our logo as a agent • Cancel the booking • Check the vouchers and Invoices • Commission Generated • Check different type of reports of bookings • Option to show and hide commission and mark-up • Can check the bookings which are on cancellation deadline • Can send the deposit detail and upload transaction receipt for the admin. • Enquiry Form - If the agent has any enquiry related to our product and services, they can send the enquiry to admin

TESTING AND FIXING BUGS • Quality Testing for the entire website • Fixing if any bug is found • MIGRATION TO LIVE SERVER Migrating the site from local server to live server • Requirements needed from Client • Domain Name • API/Payment Gateway for Integration(We will Integrate it) • Company Logo if you have or we can Design it. • Color/Layout Preferences • Links for FB, Linked-In & Twitter etc. • One point of contact for project coordination Project Delivery • The said project will be delivered in 15 - 20 Working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) from the date of the contract.
