Agency Activities – Pre- Master Contract Award • Training • Identify and evaluate training methods and resources • Data Management • Identify and evaluate potential tools for archived ETS data • Interface • Update documentation for interface requirements • Acquisition • Develop SOW, including agency-specific requirements • Schedule rooms for demos (in case of dual award) • Draft Project Plan • Budget • Preparing transition cost estimates and securing funding • Resources • Evaluating current vs. needed staffing and potential candidates • Communications • To senior management re: budget allocation • To key sub-org stakeholders for awareness and buy-in • Engage procurement team to create awareness January 25, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute

ETS2 Bulletin/MOU • ETS2 Bulletin signed by Commissioner • Notifies heads of agencies of the need to deploy and implement ETS2 • Agencies must execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for full deployment of ETS2 with GSA PMO • MOU will identify key points of contact • MOU will also include agency’s ETS2 transition key milestone dates • GSA is developing MOU template for agency use January 25, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute

Transition Planning and Support January 25, 2012 - For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute • Pre-Award Task Order Boot Camp • For agency ETS2 Program Managers, Contracting Officers, and Contracting Officer Representatives • First pre-award boot camp this Friday, Jan 27, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, via Webinar and in person at 2200 Crystal Drive • Two more pre-award boot camp sessions planned for: • Feb 7 and TBD • Please RSVP with you ECSR. We plan to limit sessions to 50 people. • Post-Award Task Order Boot Camps will be scheduled in April/May timeframe

ETS2 Master Integrated Schedule • To help with vendor resource alignment/management • As schedules become compressed, GSA will help balance tasks and resources, and identify risks • We need your input! • Please share your project plans with your ECSR to help build out our master schedule • Please share your transition team org chart to help us build ‘communities of interest’ January 25, 2012- For Government Use Only - Do Not Distribute
