HERNET一期建设

  • 入网高校47所,前期绝大多数学校和地市以2M接入

  • 建设高速骨干城市节点7个,全部2.5G连接,并局部构成环路,在网络层上实现线路冗余

  • 利用2.5GPOS和EDFA技术实现远距离(最远洛阳-郑州180公里)IP数据传输

  • 以千兆/百兆光纤方式接入当地教育城域网的学校逐步达到37所

  • 全省出口流量增长至300兆以上,国际流量也大幅度增加

HERNET二期建设

  • 新增高速城市节点9个,全部以2.5G 互联,并在全省范围内构成四个路由环路,保障骨干网络的畅通

  • 全省入网高校达到61所,其中有多所合并高校

  • 提供所有地市入网单位1000兆的接入能力

  • 全省范围年内开通组播服务,实现更广泛的多媒体资源共享

  • 全面推动河南省高校数字化校园的建设

网络故障主要由以上三种组成,另由CERNET主干线路故障引起的网络中断有三次

2002年7月1日-2003年7月1日,累计发生网络故障15次,累计时间44小时,所统计的故障都是影响到至少一所接入高校,甚至一个接入地市的,各接入单位内部原因引起的故障未计入在内。
