  2. INN-REACH STATISTICSLENDING • Problem: • Consortial statistics only provide overall statistics for an institution • Lack information regarding individual library fill rates • Lack information regarding which parts of collection circulate to consortial partners

  4. INN-REACH STATISTICSLENDING • Solution: • Create circulation cross tab reports • Ability to create custom queries • Use LOCATION and HOME LIBRARY to see what materials are being sent

  5. CROSS TAB QUERY TO DETERMINE WHO WE LEND TO • Report Parameters • Date • User specified • Statistic Type • Checkout • Limited By • System • Rows • Location (displays statistics by location) • Columns • Home Library (displays statistics by the patron’s home library)

  9. Download Report • Use the download function to create an Excel file or • Copy the entire file from the screen and import into Excel
