Outcome • Caught when two brothers found Cole standing next to their dead mother • Claimed woman collapsed • Police believed it • Suspected ties to another murder committed by a man named Eddie • Confessed to murdering all the women • Sentenced to death • Killed by lethal injection on December 6, 1985
