  9. Public Tender – Major aspects • Prevision of cullet from each Municipality is placed on SPV site, during two weeks, once a year • Municipalities are alone or aggregated in groups depending on their potential of cullet • “dificult” municipalities are always with “atractive” municipalities • Transportation costs are a charge of the bidder (net value) • There is no obligation to award the tender • The bidder do not have to apply to all groups, but they have to tender the whole of each group • Bidder must guarantee an appropriate destination for cullet

MOR (organised waste market) • MOR Online is the first integrated online platform in the organised waste market (OWM) in Portugal, where it is possible to trade and recover industrial, household, construction, demolition and other types of waste. The goal of creating MOR Online is to allow its customers to sell waste and optimise costs by giving them guaranteed, preferential access to a highly liquid market. Other goals are improving efficacy and reducing bureaucracy in the sale of waste by means of easy, rapid processes. • It is a public limited company formed by Sociedade Ponto Verde, Ambigroup, ACAP and Seminv, to manage the first integrated management platform in the organised waste market (OWM). It is authorised by Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente (APA).
