  5. The meeting minutes After the introduction and presentation in shortly about theproject the representative of UPKM team Lepsa Zoric – proffesor, started the presentation. On behalf of ILMWG I presented the model working group activities. The task of this WG is to adjust existing open source on-line Information Literacy modules. The software will inform users about usage of referencing, web searching, information resources etc.

  6. The meeting minutes Possible solution is to incorporate IL modules into existing subjects. We are considering the introduction of courses on Information Literacy at the University Library. I demonstrated proposed open source solutions: • Information Literacy Tutorial developed by Cranfield University, United Kingdom, • INFOSKILLS developed by the University of Newcastle Australia, • PILOT- developed by Queensland University of Technology, Australia and • IL module developed by Trinity College Dublin, National University of Ireland Galway, University College Cork

  7. The meeting minutes After the official presentations of all working groups, visitors (especially librarians) were met participants of the project with actual activities related to IL in Libraries of Republic of Serbia. They stressed that IL software already exists in Libraries and it was developed by National Library in Belgrade and Faculty for Organizational Sciences University of Belgrade. Also they explained that there was a regulation how the referenceswere cited.

  8. The meeting minutes At the end of the meeting the representatives of didactic WG distributed the questionarie on IL to all meeting participants and collected filled forms. The meeting finished at 14:00. Bearing in the mind that the online module were sent too late to us, we did not have time to incorporate the modules into questionnaires of didactic work group, and get feedback from stakeholders. Also due to bad weather conditions and winter break, we could not make a plan for implementation of IL modules. At this moment we can only give the estimate on which the modules are suitable, but not definitive conclusions.

  9. Suitable solutions Information Literacy Tutorial developed by Cranfield University, United Kingdom http://info-lit.shrivenham.cranfield.ac.uk/ index.html INFOSKILLS http://www.newcastle.edu.au/Resources/Divisions/Academic/Library/information- skills/infoskills/index.html
