Payment Gateway Integration Process-Lokvani • Lokvani Operator logs into State Portal/eDistrict Portal • Select payment option for recharge and fill the Amount which he wants to deposit. • Operator will transfer amount (the filled amount + payment gateway transaction charges) to CeG Bank account through Debit Card or Net Banking • Portal will credit amount to e-Wallet of Lokvani Operator after successful response from Payment Gateway • Portal will debit the sharing amount of department,CeG and DeGs from e-Wallet of Lokvani Operator on the submission of each application • Portal will stop all the services of that operator in which the balance will be less or equal than Rs. 20/-

Payment Gateway Integration Process-SCA-VLE • SCA will deposit amount to CeG Bank account through State Portal • State Portal redirect the request to Payment Gateway • SCA will transfer amount (the filled amount + payment gateway transaction charges) to CeG Bank account using their Debit Card or Net Banking • State Portal receive payment details as response after successful payment • Portal will debit the sharing amount of department, CeG and DeGs from the concerned SCA on the submission of each application • Portal will stop all the services of all the Vle of concerned SCA , if the balance of that SCA will be less or equal than Rs. 10000/-

  5. Important Information • DeGs has to open the Bank Account in SBI and send the account details to ceglko.up@gmail.com • The payment gateway charges will have to bear by the concerned SCA/Lokvani Operator. The Charges will be as follows • Net Banking Payment Rs. 5 for transaction amount uptoRs. 500 Rs. 10 for transaction amount above Rs. 500. • Debit Card Payment Rs. 18 per transaction • CeG will transfer the respective share of District & Department to the DeGs bank account and Department bank account (at state level) at the end of month
