2. What is YouTube Shorts • Shorts is a short-form video service that allows users to create and upload a video to YouTube that is 15 seconds or less. Currently available in India in early beta, the service is part of the Android YouTube app. It includes a multi-segment camera to combine several video clips, the ability to capture music from a song library, speed limits, and a timer and countdown to keep you updated.

This is an early version of the item, but we are launching it now to carry you on our journey with us as we create and expand Shorts, our global community of users, developers, and artists. This row is, particularly for short videos. The new viewing experience will also be launched which will allow you to easily swipe vertically from one video to the next, plus discover other related short videos. We will make it even easier to start watching shorts, too. 6. Is YouTube Shorts available for PCs, notebooks, and tablets • YouTube shorts are now available for Android devices in early beta. It is going to be available for iOS devices soon. Therefore, as part of the YouTube app for Android devices, including smartphones and tablets, a short-form video service is available. For PCs, notebooks, and Apple iPhone and iPad users, it is currently not available. The service is mobile-first and might not be accessible for PCs and PCs, which is important to remember.

8. How to create YouTube Shorts video • The Shorts feature is introduced by YouTube in a graded manner. Using the YouTube app for Android, those who have access to the Shorts camera will start making vertical videos. Tap the ‘+’ icon on the YouTube app and select ‘Video’. You can check if you have access to your first shortcut and start making it. If you see ‘Make a short video,’ you have access to the Shorts camera. It allows you to use editing tools to string several video clips together. One can use timers and speed controls, and add music to your video clips.

9. How to create YouTube Shorts if you do not have access to the Shorts camera • If you do not yet have access to the Shorts camera, you can still use the hashtag #Shorts in the title or description to upload your current vertical videos that are shorter than 60 seconds. A section on the YouTube homepage is tested by YouTube to highlight videos generated from the Shorts camera. Therefore, even if you don’t have the service available on your computer, you can start to build shorts right away.
