  1. Cooking For Weight Loss If you are like most people, you probably put on some weight this holiday season. If not, you wouldn't be reading this article. So first thing you do is find a gym, go buy a book on how to lose weight, and write down your goals and plan of attack (or you should). The first week you drop 5 pounds after busting your butt in the gym and being strict with our diet. Yay, you're all excited and the next week you drop 2 pounds. Not as good as the first week, but hey, it's all trending down and 2 pounds ain't nothing to sneeze at. The third week you barely see any movement down and now you're starting to get tired of all exercise and bland diet food. So in frustration you Google diet pills and see all the before and after pictures and say to yourself "This is exactly what I need to bust through my weight loss stall, I don't even need to diet according to the ad". But do diet pills really work? The answer depends on how you use them and which brand you use. Some diet pills are very effective at killing your appetite, which is a great way to lose weight, less food you eat, less food that can be stored as fat, right? The problem with these is that it does nothing to fix the root of your problem and instead of having a pear shape body, you have a smaller pear shape body. Then there are fat burners that do work and you can feel it working! Your heart rate is beating like a humming bird and there is no stopping you in the gym, but the problems with is well documented in the media. Deaths, heart problems, and all other sorts of health issues.
