  7. The Hillingdon Judgement • Previously common practice to support unaccompanied asylum seeking children aged 16+ under S.17. Now are looked after. • Was less statutory guidance and lower cost, but lower level of service. • Were not entitled to leaving care services. • Were not as well supported as looked after children.
