Entre deux Mers • The name comes from the localisation between the Dordogne and the Garonne (South east of Bordeaux) • Entre-deux-Mers refers to the promontory, contained between the two rivers and cleared by the Knights Templar and Benedictine monks for the elevation of wines Château de Castelneau www.chateaudecastelneau.com

  9. Entre-deux-Mers • This appellation concerned only the white wine. • Slopes argilo-limestones exposed to the south • There are no grand Château here, no opulence or protocol, for this is home to hospitable wine growers, who enjoy introducing their products to others www.chateaudecastelneau.com

Château de Castelneau Bordeaux Supérieur • Traditional vinification • Aged in barrels for between 6 to 9 months • Elegant structure, well balanced. • The Merlot would give a flexible and a bouqueté wine • Touch of red fruits and spice in mouth • The wine evaluates positively after several years in bottle www.chateaudecastelneau.com

Château de Castelneau White • Vinification: pneumatic pressing, • 15 days fermentation • Raised on thin sediment • The sauvignon is an aromatic grape: floral aromas, blackcurrant accent, and freshness in mouth with a touch of citrus and exotic fruits • Beautiful color • The blend of Semillon and muscadelle give an intense bouquet, elegant and well balanced www.chateaudecastelneau.com
