  4. Community Service and 4-H Record Books: (Pg 19) Member Requirements/District Awards WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A YEAR END PIN? • (Leader makes determination for yearend pin.) Member must have: • 1) Completed at least one 4-H project (See project record book for criteria for a • completed project) • 2) Participated in a community service activity • 3) During the year, do at least one presentation • 4) Participate in at least one district/community event, representing 4-H

  5. CITIZENSHIP/COMMUNITY SERVICE: (Pg. 20) List activities you did without pay to help others. Include activities done with your club as well as by yourself.   10. Inspire • Leaders, parents get involved. Volunteer with your club. • Talk to the club about the needs, show pictures. • Let them come up with idea’s • Encourage the youth when they step out of their comfort zone. • Recognize them
