The total distance between JFK and GCM is 1542 miles. Flight for April 14th Flight # 647 Depart from JFK: 9:50 AM Arrives at MIA: 12:55 PM 1 HOUR AND 25 MINUTE LAYOVER IN MIAMI.   6. Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park When Queen Elizabeth II created the Botanic Park in 1994, only the Woodland Trail was complete. Now there is tons of nature everywhere you walk. When you first enter the park, there is a Queen Elizabeth Monument entirely made out of shells, and palms. The Heritage Garden- A pink traditional styled cottage, shows how life and vegetation was in the early 20th century on Grand Cayman. There are tons of fruit trees, traditional crops, and medicine plants. Floral Colour Garden- A garden that has all different kinds of flowers in various colors and hues. The Lake- Tri-coloured Herons, Common Moorhen, Green Herons, Black-necked Stilts, American Coots, Blue-winged Teal, Cattle Egrets and rare West Indian Whistling Ducks are just a few of the winged beauties that frequent this section of the Park There is also an Iguana Habitat and Woodland Trail within the park.
