  2. The coaching difference • The relationship system is the client, not the individuals within the system. • Requires a paradigm shift from what an individual or team is doing to what is trying to happen for the system.

  6. Team Coaching Set Up • Join to make up a group of 8 • Two people volunteer to coach the team • Others select a role – see handout • Sit in your group and wait for the first instruction You’ve got 10 minutes

Designed Partnership Alliance • What kind of atmosphere do you want to create while you are working together? • What does this team need to flourish? • How will you be together when things get hard or difficult? • What can you count on from each other? Creates co-accountability and co-responsibility for team performance (and the relationship system itself).
