PROJECT: MGA 2013REPORTING PERIOD: OCTOBER 2013 Project Brief/Summary • Organized by GreenTech Malaysia & supported by KeTTHA • 5 categories – Developer, Industry, Media, School & Financial Institution • 2nd consecutive year • Nomination opens until 30th August Objectives • To increase awareness and acceptance of green technology practices, processes and products in Malaysia • To accelerate green technology deployment as a strategic engine for Malaysia’s economic growth • To significantly reduce carbon emission and increase energy efficiency practices amongst Malaysians • To encourage the development of a knowledgeable and competent workforce to power the green technology landscape • To drive innovation and competitiveness across all sectors to ensure sustainable development of green technology practices • Project Fund: RM305,000 (fund by KeTTHA) • Duration: Until October 2013 • Expected Outcomes • Status • Arrangement done & Tatler will do coverage in November / December issue • 2 coverage have been done • Appearance in Malaysian Tatler Magazine • Coverage by 3 local newspapers

PROJECT: MGA 2013REPORTING PERIOD: OCTOBER 2013 Activities Completed (During reporting period) • 17 winners from 5 categories have been conferred with trophies and certificates • SMK Langkon came down from KK and performed 2 type of dances and performance of celebration • Sabah Tourism Board did the opening performance • 1st & 2nd payment for My Events Sdn Bhd have been disbursed • 6 green celebrities did the citations • More than 400 people attended • DPM managed to stay until end event at 2215hrs • Event started on time as per schedule • Press Release done % completed: 90 % % funds utilised: 60 % (pending remaining payments) • Activities Planned (For next reporting period) • Payment for My Events Sdn Bhd for scope of services RM88,450 • Payment for Ning RM5,000; The Celepet RM20,000; Emcee RM10,000 • Payment for CETREE RM49,490 • Payment for MPI RM14,000 • Post Mortem Report
