  3. Origin? • Comes from coca plant • Mostly grown in South America • Leaves are crushed into powder, and then are converted into crystals

  4. Effects • Causes agitation, paranoia and aggression • Users cant eat or sleep and lose touch with reality • Aftereffects include depression, sleepiness, and a strong craving for the drug

  5. Random Facts • Plain cocaine was once used in Coca-Cola during its early days • Crack is more commonly smoked • This drug is associated with violence and crime more than any other drug • Although crack is easy to for teenagers to obtain, only a small % abuse this drug
