  7. Fundraising “Must” • Golf Tournament $150.00 due by the Spring Game May 23rd • Card Sales July – Aug. 10th Must sell 14 $20.00 cards • 1 Ad for the program (prices vary) • Participation in the physical night Make the Play

  8. Cougar Motto in 2013: “Make the Play” • Offensive Commitment to the Tony Franklin System – Spring • Defensive Commitment to Spring and Summer Sessions • Weight Training, Plyos, Sleds, Tires, Hammers, Ropes, and 7 on 7 sessions.

  9. Spring Work-Outs • Monday – Power cleans, upright high pulls, Dips, pull-ups. • Tuesday – Squat, Bench, Dumbbell Flys, Dips, and pull-ups. • Thursday – Circuit Training Workout (Tire Press, Sledge Hammer, Plyos, Weighted Sled Pull, Slingshots. • Thursday after the circuit we will have 7 on 7 competition on the football field.

  10. Positions and How we will be Best! • As a coaching staff and my general philosophy we will move players to where our team will be Best! • Be prepared to possibly play a position or 2 that will help the TEAM be successful. • Make the Play

Fundraiser Incentives • Red Sponsor = Program will pay $200.00 of Camp Fee • 1 Set of Spirit Packs Free • Ad inside of the program Free • Blue Sponsor = Program will pay $100.00 of Camp Fee • ½ off the price of a Spirit Pack • Ad inside of the program Free • 4 Golfers = Program will pay $50.00 of Camp Fee • ½ off the price of a Spirit Pack 4. Tee Box Sponsor = Every athlete contributes to the Program Fundraiser by at least providing 1 Tee Box Sponsor. $150.00 or a 150.00 Value in Gift Cards for the Golf Tournament
