Toll Free Phone Number One of the greatest benefits of a toll free number is the ability of your company to increase its client base because you can now sell your goods and services to those who live outside the area in which your business is located. People do not need to hesitate before contacting you and there is no longer an advantage for them in dealing with local businesses. The same toll free number is used for phone calls and faxes

  7. Find Me With the Find Me feature, you never need to worry about missing an important call because your PATLive system can transfer the call directly to you. And you can program up to 4 different phone numbers for the system to try - whether you are at the office, at home, or on the road with your cell phone, your business phone calls can always reach you.

  11. Find Me How to Set Up Enter the first phone number you want to call in the Find Me rotation along with the days of the week and hours you want this number to be used. Time is based off Eastern Standard Time So, make the proper time adjustments Remember to click save

  13. Find Me Options To access the Find Me options, Click on Options on the Find Me page

  14. Find Me Option: Auto Find Me The caller will be sent directly to your Find Me numbers and bypass hearing your Main Greeting. They don’t need to press the number 9 to find you.

  15. Find Me Option: Call Screening The caller will be asked to say his or her name when Find Me is activated. PATLive will then tell you who is calling before you choose to accept or decline the call.

  16. Find Me Option: Disable Hold Prompt Check "On" to disable the prompt "Please hold while I try to locate." when a caller initiates a Find Me call.

  17. Find Me Option: Do Not Disturb This feature allows you to temporarily disable your Find Me feature without losing any of your settings.

  18. Find Me Option: Enabled This option will turn the Find Me feature either on or off.

  19. Find Me Option: Override Status Checking 'On‘ will send the caller directly to your Override number, hence bypassing your four Find Me numbers.

  20. Find Me Option: Play Owner Name The system will play your recorded Name Message when a Find Me call is transferred to you.

  24. Fax on Demand Fax on Demand allows you to upload a different document onto each of your greetings for a caller to request. This is perfect for trainers that want to send out the class agenda or allow customers to receive product information.

  37. Custom Greetings How to Edit a Custom Greeting 1) From a regular phone, call your PATLive number 2) When you hear your current greeting, press 0 (zero) 3) PATLive will ask you for your password. Enter it at this time

  38. Custom Greetings How to Edit a Custom Greeting 4) PATLive will give you a numbered menu list. Press 4 for User Options 5) In the User Options menu, press 1 for Personal Options 6) In the Personal Options menu, press 1 to Review or Edit a Greeting 7) Record your custom greeting

  39. Incoming fax The PATLive System allows you to receive faxes directly through your toll-free number and access them whenever needed. Need an immediate print out? Access the fax online to review it or print it directly from your system, or you can call your system to forward it to the closest fax machine.

  41. Outgoing fax Upload a file to your inbox to store it for faxing at anytime. The file must be less than 4 mb and must be in one of the following file formats: .doc, .pdf, .tif, .tiff.

  44. Outgoing Fax Select a .doc, .pdf, .tif, or .tiff file that is less than 4 meg

  47. Outgoing Fax Enter the: - Fax Number - Fax Confirmation email address and click on Next >>

  49. Outgoing Fax PATLive will email you a fax confirmation once the fax is sent

  50. Transfer messages to anyone in the PATLive system Use your phone system to contact other representatives through their PATLive mailboxes - share information with one or multiple people all in one system!
