  3. We talked about the things Peter enjoys doing Space Centre

  4. We talked about all the nice things people say about Peter

  5. Having cold drinks Ribena or blackcurrant cordial Friends especially R Going Bowling Using a chair with arms Feeling warm To be involved Having banter Being with ladies Car drives and days out Steam Trains Animals Tea being on time Egg custard tarts Brass bands, pop music and Kylie Pushing prams or wheelchairs Having a glass of red wine with a meal We talked about the things that are important to Peter now

  6. Friendships especially R Going bowling Going on holiday Being around animals Enjoying the activities he does Having fun Dancing We looked at things that are important to Peter in the future

  7. We looked at what support Peter needs to stay healthy and safe

  8. We looked at how we can best support Peter

  9. We looked at what was working and what wasn’t working

  10. We discussed some issues, which were either actioned or information was given

  11. Action Plan
