  3. Step Gently and Listen • Be Respectful • Enter with a “No learner left behind” philosophy • Reach out to others who are not communicating or posting • Reach out when you need support!!! Cohort/Peer Relationships

  4. Google or Yahoo Group • Check in calls (set up an adobe/phone specific to your cohort) • Take turns facilitating communication • Reach out when you are in need or believe someone else may be in need! Facilitating Group Communication

  5. SHARE with others! • Find a research point-person • Get to know our librarians!! • Recruit a peer review partner (or two) • Never hesitate to contact a peer or cohort member • Ask early and follow-up! Resources
