  3. Breakfast Club Characters John Bender: (Judd Nelson) Andrew Clark: (Emilio Estevez) Claire Standish: (Molly Ringwald) Allison Reynolds: (Ally Sheedy) Brian Johnson: (Anthony Michael Hall)

  4. Allison Reynolds: (Ally Sheedy) : www.rankopedia.com/.../Step1/15691.htm

  5. Instructions • While watching the clip, take notes (on an index card) about Allison - as many things you notice as possible (behavior, reactions to her, etc.) • Next, decide on three character traits that Allison demonstrates (use your notes to help you decide). • Select three different shapes. Write a different trait on each of the shapes.

  6. Instructions 2 * In the lunch scene, why does Allison behave so unusually?   * Analyze the traits you chose and determine what actionsmost strongly contribute to each trait. * On three different shapes, provide at least one supporting detail (why) you selected that trait to describe Allison.

  7. Instructions 3 • Confer with your row to determine which ONE of the three character traits you documented contributes MOST to Allison’s behavior in the scene. (You have five minutes. Have row members sign on the backof the trait they feel describes her best. ) • Find one more supporting detail for your chosen trait, and write it on a different shape.

  8. Mobile Time! Put your mobile together now!

  9. OER Practice Now using your work up to this point, answer the following OER question. In the lunch scene, why does Allison behave so unusually?  Describe the character trait which most strongly contributes to her lunchroom antics. Support your answer with specific evidence from the scene.
