Meeting with Stakeholders setup to inform them of the changes (08/07) SG / LO Sahara Hiten takes over to release Lisa , and to enable her to commence her Programme manager role SG / LO Support Need to migrate the backlog over to this team, and need a PO to support this action SG / GH BIM Detailed session required to establish roles and responsibilities SG / LO

  2. Transition Actions - Team Transition Owners Support team Needs a migration plan, to an agile team in Romania. Needs to work in the same manner as the rest of DW SG / GH Line Mgnt. Need to setup the line management structure for the team SG QA Need to confirm QA resources report into DW lead for duration of time with DW (in principal this goes away on project work, as they will report into the APM) SG / RR Success Need a list of criteria for success to move the team to working with scrum Team Mind the gap Need a training plan to support the possible gaps in capability of each team SG
