Operations Membership • Over 300 players • Strong U8 program • Strong participation at the early adult levels Fundraising • Golf tournament (last summer) • Cookie Dough • Tournament ads/hotels • Montreal subsidy Team Activities • Player development program • Coaching development, focus on U12 and below • BKRA Tournament – biggest in QC • Summer 3on3 – BKRA SuperLeague Family Activities • 50th Anniversary of Ringuette • Skate with Santa • Movie Night • Wine and cheese • Charity game / BKRA-PCRAgives Back

Coaching Status • 14% increase in bench staff from last year • 5 new (teenage) coaches that are players themselves!!!! • 53 Coaches with CSI / 20 Coaches with CI • 14 Managers with Manager Training Coaching Development is a PRIORITY *Includes coaches that are on multiple teams For example Gwyneth Edwards, Mark Gagliardi, Simon Banbury….

Player Development Program • 1st season of the program – learning mode • Each team allotted $120 – 35% usage rate • Coordinated by Directors of Coaching / Player Development • Included BKRA goalies Stephanie Abraham, Alyssa Shaw and Megan Brock • Engagement increased throughout the season • Next year will formally launch at coaches meeting

BylawAmendments • Rename Player Development to Technical Director (5.2.10) • Add U8 Coordinator as official exec position (5.2; Article 8) • Only allow for interim appointments when execs leave before mandate finishes (9.3) • Change the mandate from one to two years, with overlapping mandates (6.2) • Give signing authority to the secretary (an officer position) in addition to President, VP and Treasurer (8.3)
