Establecer Lineamientos • Coordinar y Evaluar Proyectos • Articular Iniciativas en ACTeI Locales y Regionales • Desarrollar un Modelo de Gestión de Recursos. • Definir el Sistema de Medición y Seguimiento • Evaluar Impacto y Efectividad de subprogramas, proyectos e Inversión • Estructurar el Plan de Acción para la Vigencia Equipo Operativo (Integrado por las 5 Secretarías) Ejecución Conjunta del Plan de Acción

  7. El Municipio de Pereira destinará el 3.0% de los Ingresos Corrientes de Libre Destinación (ICLD) para financiar los Subprogramas del Programa “Pereira Innova” Este valor se aplicará a partir del año 2012 y tendrá vigencia de ocho (8) años. FINANCIACIÓN DE PEREIRA INNOVA
