  2. 歡迎上線 聽到下面英文，表示會議電話系統歡迎您上線，這時請輸入密碼＃ Welcome to eagle telconferencing services. Please enter your pin number followed by the # sign. 接著有幾種情況可能發生… 回首頁

  3. 情況一：成功上線 您可能聽到線上有聲音，也可能聽不到任何聲音－－因為大家都靜音了。或者聽到下面的英文，恭喜您拔得頭籌第一個上線。 You are currently the only participant in this conference. 回首頁

  4. 聽到下面英文，請確認密碼，與連線的時段。 情況二：密碼或時間錯誤 The selected conference is not currently active. Please confirm the schedule time, including the time zone. 回首頁

  5. 情況三：請重新輸入密碼或重播 聽到下面英文，表示輸入的密碼不完整，可能是按鍵太慢、多按、少按，或線路雜訊造成的。若等兩秒後回到系統歡迎詞，可重新輸入密碼＃ 。 I am sorry. You have entered an invalid security code. Please try again. 若輸入密碼三次都不完整，聽到下面英文，請掛斷電話重撥 。 The security code you have entered is invalid. Please stay on the line for the next available operator. 回首頁

  6. 靜音 成功上線之後，請按＊6靜音。按鍵的速度勿過慢，並請留意是否聽到下面的英文。若沒有聽到，請重覆按＊6，直到聽到下面的英文，表示您已靜音。 You are now muted. 回首頁

  7. 發言 任何時候，若聽到上面這句英文，表示您的靜音已關閉。若這是線路自發產成的，也請按＊6再次靜音，以協助線路的清靜。 若您要發言，請按＊6取消靜音。 這時可聽到下面的英文。 You are no longer muted. 回首頁

  8. 全體靜音 全體靜音時， 按＊6，不會聽到已靜音或不再靜音的英文提示。 也不會聽到其他同修的按鍵與聲音。 全體靜音取消後， 有時候先前已靜音的狀態會被取消， 所以要麻煩每位同修再次確認自己線路的靜音狀態。 確認的方式是：按＊6，直到聽到　You are now muted. 謝謝大家的配合，祝福您連線愉快！
