  4. A situation where there is no government.

  5. What is Anarchy?

  6. In this system, power is inherited.

  7. What is a Monarchy?

  8. A country with only one political party where people are forced to do what the government tells them and people may be prevented from leaving the country.

  10. A country ruled by a single leader where the leader has not been elected and may use force to keep control.

  12. The principle that the opinion of the greater number should prevail.

  16. The principle that the rights of the minority must be safeguarded.
