  48. Getting Started • What’s COPPA? • In general, websites can not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If a host is collecting personal information, you can’t use it with students under the age of 13. • Get approval from your administrator. • Prepare an informational letter and permission slip. • Provide samples for administrators, other teachers, and parents.
