  8. Commercial DUI • The driver may have to face the same charges as of the first DUI offense. • Suspension of Driving License for one year in case of the first offense and permanent suspension in case of the second offense.

  9. Under 21 DUI • It comes under the zero- tolerance policy if you are under 21 years of age. • Suspension of Driving License for one year depending on BAC level along with penalties of jail, fines, DUI school, etc.
