  4. Duration* Lifetime, 933 One year, 2090 Five Years, 749 * Self-exclusions do not expire. Individuals who have requested 1 or 5 years may, at the conclusion of the period selected, request to be removed from the self-exclusion list.

  10. There have been 564 requests for removal, as of May 1, 2012. 105 individuals (19%) who had removed themselves from the Self-Exclusion List have voluntarily requested to be placed back on the List. Removals

Removal Statistics • Of the 532 Removals: • 270 individuals admitted to gambling in other jurisdictions while in the Self- Exclusion Program. • 64 individuals admitted to gambling in Pennsylvania while in the Self- Exclusion Program. • 92 individuals admitted to seeking treatment while in the Self-Exclusion Program.
