The Kofax Journey So Far • Where we were 12 months ago • Products: Kofax Capture V9, KTM V5, KFS 3.5, VRS • 4 Kofax Applications on V9 • Where we are now • Products: Kofax Capture V10, KTM V5.5, KFS 4, VRS, Kofax monitor • 11 Kofax Projects on V10/V9, additional business areas • Completing moves from legacy capture platform and v9 to Kofax DIAMOND (v10) • Expanded usage of KFS • POCs for web capture and Kofax mobile • Implemented Kofax Monitor

The Journey So Far – Recent and Future Changes • General strategy to productised services – Software as a service models • Move towards offsite processing – Kofax is an enabler. • Move to virtual “multifunction” servers • Standardisation across the board – templates for code (logging, field names), documentation, processes. • Trend towards email ingestion away from traditional scanning – 50+ mailboxes • Need for detailed monitoring & reconciliation > Kofax Monitor – KCAR – Supplemental Tables – Firescope • Reporting important to show benefits and drive further improvements • Point of Origination Strategy – MFD’s, Web Capture & Mobile POC

Other Point of Origination Initiatives • MFD Integration • MFDs used to capture documents into Kofax in Bank branches and Office locations • Currently upgrading to KFS v4 (with better notifications, reporting, monitoring) • Two applications using KFS, another two underway (insurance claims, mortgage applications, customer on-boarding, contract management) • Kofax Mobile • POC underway with Kofax Mobile sdk (‘Fedex Day’ in March) • Pilot project likely in 2013
