You will need • 6 large ripe bananas • 1/3 cup cold-pressed oil • 2 tablespoons of honey • 4 tablespoons milk powder (cow or soya milk powder) • ½ cup water • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • Steps • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. • When the mixture turns into a thick cream, pour it into a refrigerator container, cover and put into the the freezer. It does not require a second beating. • You do not always need to serve this mixture frozen. It also tastes delicious poured over fruit, like cream.
