  27. We have all 4 colors but in various degrees • No “color” is best • Ask others who interact with you, what “color” they see you as • Circumstances can require you to “develop” stronger “color” traits outside your primary color • Your reactions probably vary from home to school

  28. You show me your color Group yourselves by your color. Use your primary color We are consulting with experts on how to teach and understand the students of each color. YOU are the experts we will use.

  29. So how does this help with students • Use to explain “how to be respectful” of other people in the classroom (class rules) • Use this to explain “why” and “how” people in literature, history did what they did • Use this to teach conflict resolution • Use this to teach teamwork • Use this for grouping • Use this for specific class assignments • Use this for career exploration • Use this for self esteem • Use this for self regulation, discipline • Use this for reinforcement and reward

  30. REMEMBER • How we view determines what we do • You can influence others with your actions even though you may not be able to change them directly. • One of the most difficult things in teaching/learning is to be able to think like the other person • If the future generation understands and respects our individual differences, many social issues vanish—it really comes down to color!!!
