  4. What is Key Club??? Kiwanis Educating Youth

  5. …… • Key Club is the oldest and largest student led service group in high schools today • Key Club teaches leadership through the process of helping others. It is a fun way to help your community and build long lasting friendships.

  6. Requirements • $30 fee + form must be submitted by September 28th. • Early Bird: September 14th (for extra points) • Includes KCHS Key Club Shirt • 20 points per month • Volunteer at Projects • Contribute to Drives • Attend Socials • Wear a Key Club Shirt to every meeting or event

  7. Projects • Continuous Projects: • Food Drive – Non-perishable foods – turn in at meetings • Coke Tabs – Recycle your Coke Tabs – turn in at meetings • Clothing Drive – Gently Used Clothes – all donations go to Goodwill – turn in at meetings • Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF – October

  8. Upcoming Projects • 17th of September- NAMN • 20th- CUTS (cleaning up the school) we will help clean the school after out meeting. This includes picking up trash taking down old posters ect. • 30th of September- Decorating the halls for Homecoming. Each club has there own piece of wall to decorate!

  9. Upcoming Projects…. • 1st of October- Race for the Cure. We will be attending this as a club! • All OF OCTOBER! UNICF!

  11. We do have a Facebook group It is the best way for us to get in contact with everyone so we can let you know what is going on. Once the club has gotten organized and we have an official list of all members we will also be able to send text messages and email, but for now it is a FAST and EASY way for us to get you guys in on what we have planned! http://www.facebook.com/groups/123541826346/
