Critical Thinking & Ethical Reasoning 5. Holistic Wellness *TLC program focuses on these aspects specifically although students will engage in all components of the model throughout the program.

  4. Fun & Diverse Workshops Tuesday & Friday 12:00pm-12:50pm University Hall 100 At least 7 weeks of workshops are offered every semester.
  5. SELF PACED! Any CSUSM student may join at any time during the year. The program can be completed in one semester or one year. Approximately 30 hours to complete .

  8. Student Learning Outcomes Students will apply leadership knowledge and skills in various settings. a. Students will learn how leadership applies to multiple aspects of self. Students will reflect on their own personal leadership development. Students will explore and understand how their leadership experiences relate to their career and professional goals.
