Mentor Time • Time Schedule: GH on Wednesdays • Schedule: • One Week: Opening Reunion (must attend) • Two Weeks: Mentor Meeting Time (must attend) • Two Weeks:Student Union Activities • Four Weeks:Talks ranged by our department (must attend) • Four Weeks: Talks arranged by University • Five Weeks:Need not to attend (Days for Midterm/Final Exams/Holidays)

  3. Schedule for Mentor Time *: must attend

  4. Meeting with Mentor • 1st Meeting Time: • 10/24~10/31:Meet with your mentor. • 10/31:Fill a record form signed by your mentor. Give it to Ruby in our office. • 2nd Meeting Time: • 2012/12/26~2013/1/2:Meet with your mentor. • 2013/1/2:Fill a record form signed by your mentor. Give it to Ruby in our office. • Must meet with your mentor twice. If not, FAIL in this course.

  6. Record Form for Talks • Five Talks: Opening Reunion and Four Talks • Must fill the following record form for the talks (except Opening Union) • Must attend at least four talks out of five. If not, FAIL in this course.
