How do apartments and townhouses perform? • Positives: • Generally efficient use of space = positive Resource Allocation Factor • Better thermal buffering for middle apartments • Economies of scale = relatively cheaper per unit • Challenges: • Can get harder to maximise rainwater harvesting and solar (roof space get divided) • Conclusion? • Architects, Developers, Policy setters = Go for Homestar !
