  1. Short messages A short message is a short letter which is used to inform someone about something.

  2. -A short message is given when we cannot directly meet someone we want to .- It can be a short note on a sheet of paper or delivered by SMS.

  3. A short message consists of 3 points. • The person to whom it is sent (the receiver). • The content of the message. (the text ) • The person who writes the messages. (the sender).

  4. Example • To : The students of VIII D the receiver • I have something important to do, so I will come to the class late. t Before I attend the class please do e Task 7 and 8 on page 20.We will check x it together after I arrive at class. t Don’t be noisy.Thank you. • Azis , your math teacher. the sender
