BLEPHARITIS. BLEFARITIS KRONIK. DEFINISI : Inflamasi kronik pd pinggir kelopak mata. (stafilokokus/ kelumumur ) MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL: Pinggir kelopak mata – merah/tebal, berkerak, rasa ada FB & sakit/ panas. Bulu mata – gugur. Fotofobia ringan. PENGURUSAN Cuci kerak dipinggir mata x bd.

  2. BLEFARITIS KRONIK. • DEFINISI : • Inflamasi kronik pd pinggir kelopak mata. (stafilokokus/ kelumumur ) • MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL: • Pinggir kelopak mata – merah/tebal, berkerak, rasa ada FB & sakit/ panas. • Bulu mata – gugur. • Fotofobia ringan.

  3. PENGURUSAN • Cuci kerak dipinggir mata x bd. • Occ. Antibiotik & steroid dipinggir K. x bd

  4. BLEFARITIS ALAHAN. • ETIOLOGI: • Debunga. • Debu. • Bahan solek. • Ubat mata topikal.

  5. MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL: • Kelopak mata – bengkak, gatal & merah. • PENGURUSAN: • Jauhi drp bahan alahan. • Demahan sejuk–kurangkan gatal/bengkak

  7. STYE (HORDEOLUM). • DEFINISI : • Inflamasi kelenjar-kelenjar zeis dlm folikel-folikel bulu mata. • JENIS –JENIS : • Hordeolum eksternal. • Hordeolum internal.

  8. HORDEOLUM EKSTERNAL • DEFINISI : • Abses kecil di folikel bulu mata & kalenjar zeis/moll yg berhampiran akibat infeksi akut oleh stafilokokus. • MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL : • Kelopak mata • Bengkak, merah & tender/ mata bisul arah ke luar pinggir kelopak mata.

  9. PENGURUSAN : • Kebanyakan kes • Tak perlu Rx , bisul discaj sendiri. • Bisul :- • Belum matang-(demahan panas/ antibiotik), • Matang-(cabut bulu & keluarkan nanah, • Selulitis – (antibiotik sistemik).

  10. HORDEOLUM INTERNAL : • DEFINISI : • Abses kecil akibat infeksi stafilokokus akut di kelenjar-kelenjar meibomian.

  11. MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL : • Plat tarsal – tender, bengkak, merah & sakit. • Bisul discaj melalui – konjunktiva/kelopak mata. • PENGURUSAN : • 1. Inscision – kes yg tidak boleh discaj sendiri.

  12. CHALAZION (Meibomian cyst) • DEFINISI : • Inflamasi kronik akibat sekatan pd salur – salur kalenjar meibomian dan sekeresi sebaceous. • MANIFESTASI KLINIKAL : • Bengkak plat tarsal – x sakit, bulat, keras.

  13. PENGURUSAN : • Bagi sista yg besar & sering berulang • Pembedahan – insisi/curette cyst melalui konjunktiva tarsal & antibiotik topikal. • Antibiotik sistemik – kes yg berulang.
