  3. > VOYAGEUR Note: all items signed will be available only on airfrance.com at launch I was looking for a flight to Madrid, to go on holidays.When I checked on airfrance.com, I was glad to see Air France proposeda return ticket for 110€, which was cheaper than usually and than the competitors. Moreover, it was even more simple than before as you get only one price at a time. NEW: Air France service for cheaper fares ! NEW: “Time To Think” option ! When I saw this fare, I wasn’t sure I could take my days off and if my friendin Madrid would be available. Fortunately, I could book and “freeze” this fare for one week thanks to the ‘Time To Think’ option.

  4. > VOYAGEUR >> A few days later, I decided to confirmmy booking. The flight had become more expensive, but thanks the “Time To Think option”, I just paid the low fare I saw a few days ago. Just before confirming my booking, for no extra cost,I gave my seating preference (aisle or window), whichI couldn’t do at the time of booking before.Then, as soon as I paid, a message explained to me thatI was already checked-in !!! It’s as simple as taking a train ! I appreciated this improvement, which is a a real simplification of the trip. NEW: Free seating preference at booking NEW: No more check-in

  5. > VOYAGEUR NEW: Automatic reception of the boarding pass The day before the flight, without doing any action, I automatically receivedmy boarding pass by email !The seating preference I gave at booking had been respected, but if I had wanted to change it, I would just have needed to click on a link.Contrary to low costs or even some legacy airlines, Air France offers the first bag for free until 23kg (in addition to the cabin bag). If I had needed a second bag,I could have bought it in one click on the Air France web site. NEW: Potential seating adjustment (if wanted) First bag offered (until 23 kg)

  6. > VOYAGEUR For non AF.com buyers: Choice of different check-in methods If I hadn’t bought my ticket on airfrance.com (travel agency, etc..), I could have got my boarding pass via Internet, mobile or kiosk at the airport. airfrance.com Mobile Kiosks at the airport

  7. > VOYAGEUR NEW: More efficient drop-off zone Possibility to re-print the boarding pass (if needed) At the airport, the only thing we had to do was to drop our bag at the new drop-off area, which had been optimized with a reasonable queuing time. I have been automatically checked in. But, if I couldn’t have read my emails, or printed my boarding pass, I could have retrieved it at the kiosk. Specific counter for assistance At the airport, I’ve noticed that a counter was dedicated to passengers with specific needs (Unaccompanied minors, passengers needing assistance…).

  8. > VOYAGEUR Free drinks and snacks On board, the cabin crew offered me some snacks and a choice of drinks. I really appreciates this free service that low-costs carriers don’t offer. For short flights, I don’t expect more.

The travel policy of my company does not allow meto travel in business class. So, usually, I fly economy class (or Tempo Challenge with Air France), but it’s not idealfor business trips.But this time, Air France has introduced the new Premium Eco, a business solution, which was clearly cheaper than Lufthansa business class, and comparable to Lufthansa economy fully flexible fare.So my travel manager agreed and I chose this new AF offer ! I always choose Business class for my business trips because I need privacy and comfort. So, as usual,I chose the Air France flight in Business class. I could buy one-way ticket, I could change my bookingat any time and if I couldn’t have flown I would have been fully refunded NEW: precise seat choice NEW: seating preference at booking Just before confirming my booking, for no extra cost, I could seethe aircraft cabin plan and precisely select my seat. Just before confirming my booking, for no extra cost, I gave my seating preference (aisle, or window), which I couldn’t do at booking before. NEW: No more check-in ! I didn’t use the “no more check-in” concept this time, but of course I could have if I had bought my ticket on airfrance.com. Thus my boarding pass would have been sent automatically, and I would have received it by mail, or on my mobile phone. If I had had a problemfor accessing to my emails for example, I would still have got the possibility to get my boarding pass once at the airport.

Seating in front cabin I was in the front cabin, with all business travelers, which allowed me to work in a quieter atmosphere. curtain NEW:When I travel with competitors with a full flex economy ticket, I can’t sit in front cabin. I was sitting in the first rows of the front cabin, which is convenient to get off the plane quickly.Nobody was sitting next to me, which was a guarantee of the Premium Executive service, and which is very useful for confidentiality. + First rows + Nobody next to me Mlle DuponT(Premium Eco) M.
