  2. Inside a coral reef • The coral reef is the only ecosystem constructed and composed by animals. • They offer 25% of all marine life. • They are made up of tiny sea creatures called coral polyps. • Fish eat and hide among the polyps. • The reefs are filled with beautiful colored polyps.

  4. Great Barrier Reef The Great Barrier Reef is the largest reef in the world. It is located off the coast of Australia. It is made of more 2,500 reefs strung together and is about 1,200 miles long. It covers an area of 80,000 sq. miles and about the size of Kansas. Great Barrier Reef from a jet.
