Legal Adviser’s Office • Only permit where moonlighter relevant knowledge and experience – who decides that? • How much time would you allow someone to moonlight? • How many students would you allow? • Only permit students outside of the moonlighters, outside of existing supervision/programme/school/university? • Student’s academic team must be informed? • Regulate payment to ensure it is ‘fair’?

Legal Adviser’s Office • Not allow access to University resources e.g. turnitin? • University to take a percentage of the moonlighter’s fee? • Student’s existing supervisor must agree? • Student and moonlighter must sign ‘something’? • What does that ‘something’ say and is the University to be a party allowing for University action? • How do you monitor/police?
